HORRIBLE STAFF. HORRIBLE MANAGER OUSAMMA. RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFULL !!!!!!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE FOR NOTHING !!!!!!! STEPHANY AND MANAGER OUSAMMA WAS TALKING BEHIND OUR BACK. WE HAD A BIG PROBLEM ON THE WAY TO SAN DIEGO AND TRIED TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATION. AND THEY DIDN'T WANNA HELP US. THEY WERE COMMING UP WITH SO EXCUSES. AND PLAYING PING PONG WITH US. THEY said it was Booking.com that have to Return the money. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. MOST WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

About a mile from the bay and half a mile from the gas lamp district.
Motel style hotel, very big room, good ac, big and comfortable beds, great shower.
I think it was rateher bad.
